Human Capital Development

At LEO Pharma you can be you

We take pride in being a diverse workplace and the solutions we bring benefit from our differences. In a flat structure, you are empowered to make a visible impact. We share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviors; simplification, collaboration and accountability to achieve our goals.

Maintaining a safe work environment

LEO Pharma is committed to providing and maintaining a respectful and secure working environment that is free from all forms of bullying and harassment. We uphold the dignity and worth of each person and strictly prohibit harassment, whether overt or subtle. In our Global Bullying and Anti-Harassment Policy, we clearly set expectations for how we all ensure a safe work environment, as well as outline formal reporting procedures for human resource related grievances. The policy is applicable in conjunction with our DE&I policy and LEO Code of Conduct and can be supplemented by lobal policies and handbooks.

Guided by our manifesto, we celebrate our differences and believe that our unique perspectives, backgrounds, and attitudes enable us to make the best decisions for LEO Pharma, helping us to better understand and meet our patients’ needs. Recognizing that diversity and inclusion in organizations promotes innovation and stronger workplace cultures, our strategy focuses on supporting our workforce and enhancing retention through a culture of inclusivity and supportive processes. Our processes mitigate biases in development and promotion to ensure equal opportunities for all.

DE&I is embedded in LEO Pharma’s overall Sustainability strategy and anchored with our Board of Directors. Our Executive Management is responsible for driving DE&I initiatives as part of their overall responsibility for LEO Pharma’s sustainability performance.

LEO Pharma’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Policy describes the principles of working with DE&I across the business. For more information, visit the policy here.

At LEO Pharma, we want everyone’s voice to be heard. Every year since 2019, and twice a year since 2025, we conduct LEO Voice, our employee engagement survey that allows us to gather feedback on employee satisfaction and engagement, giving us invaluable insights to ensure that LEO Pharma remains an attractive place to work. The survey assesses how it feels to work at LEO Pharma by allowing employees the opportunity to give their view on engagement and well-being, leadership, collaboration and team dynamics, performance and accountability, strategic alignment and efficiency, diversity and inclusion. We continuously update the survey to match focus areas and change in strategy, while keeping it as consistent as possible to effectively track progress. This is especially important in areas with low scores, where concrete mitigating initiatives are then put in place. The overall results are shared with the entire organization and teams are given detailed results for their functional areas to support managers and their teams in ongoing dialogue about engagement.
