Our journey into biologics

Being part of this journey, we have the impact to shape our company’s future. We are a purpose-driven company, where high performance is measured equally as sales results and the positive impact we create – for health care professionals and their patients. As liaison between R&D and customers, our commercial organization has a crucial role in the development of the next generation of biologics, fostering the connection between the patients’ needs and the development of new drugs.



A flat structure to deliver on our ambitions 

Our global commercial organization is characterized by its diversity in terms of countries, languages and cultures. With around 1,200 colleagues and our HQ based in Denmark, our products are sold in more than 60 countries and our commercial organization is present with affiliates located across the world. In all our markets, we compete with the biggest pharmaceutical brands – inspiring one another with bold new ideas, expertise and knowledge to surpass our current size and reputation. To deliver on targets and fulfill our ambition, we believe in an agile organization with a short distance between strategy definition and execution. This set-up enables fast decision-making and opportunity responsiveness. We are masters in long-distance collaboration and extensive knowledge sharing as we all have one goal; to help people achieve healthy skin in all corners of the world.
