Kristian Sibilitz

During his 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Kristian’s focus has been on serving patient needs by ensuring products are on time, at the right quality, at the lowest cost. To do this, Kristian continually strives for excellence and fosters a collaborative environment, while working across organizational and geographical borders

Kristian joined LEO Pharma as Head of Technical Development & Supply in December 2024, having spent nearly 20 years at H. Lundbeck A/S in various leadership roles within Product Development & Supply. During his career, Kristian’s experience spans manufacturing, quality oversight, supply chain management, direct procurement, facility management, Environment Health & Safety, and LEAN deployment. Most recently, Kristian was Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain at H. Lundbeck A/S.

Education

Kristian holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from the Technical University of Denmark, DTU and a B.Sc. in Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics and Management from the Engineering College of Copenhagen.
