As liaison between R&D and customers, our commercial organization has a crucial role in the development of the next generation of biologics, fostering the connection between the patients’ needs and the development of new drugs.
A flat structure to deliver on our ambitions
With around 800 employees and our HQ based in Denmark, Region EU+ is present in more than 20 countries with offices located across Europe and in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In all our markets, we compete with the biggest pharmaceutical brands – inspiring one another with bold new ideas, expertise and knowledge to surpass our current size and reputation. To deliver on targets and fulfill our ambition, we believe in an agile organization with no more than two layers between strategy definition and execution. This set-up enables fast decision-making and opportunity responsiveness.
